This Privacy Policy describes how Universal Trading CO (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information in relation to the Trust Ledger mobile application and this website. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
1. Trust Ledger App – Data Practices
Trust Ledger is designed to be private and offline-first:
- No account required: You do not create an account or provide email, name, or any personal identifier to use the app.
- Data stored only on your device: All data you enter (persons, transactions, amounts, notes) is stored locally on your phone. We do not collect, transmit, or store this data on our servers.
- No internet required: The app works 100% offline. It does not send your ledger data over the internet.
- PIN lock: If you set a PIN, it is used only on your device to protect access. We do not have access to your PIN or your locked data.
We do not sell, share, or use your in-app data for advertising or any other purpose, because we do not have access to it.
2. Information We May Collect (Website & Support)
When you use this website or contact us for support:
- Contact details you provide: If you email us (e.g. at support@universaltradingco.org), we may receive your email address and the content of your message. We use this only to respond to your inquiry.
- Technical data: Our website may be hosted on services that collect standard technical information (e.g. IP address, browser type) for security and operation. We do not use this to identify you personally unless required by law.
3. Cookies and Similar Technologies
This website may use minimal, essential cookies or similar technologies for basic functionality (e.g. remembering preferences). We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking. If we introduce optional analytics in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.

- App data: Your app data remains on your device until you uninstall the app or clear app data. We do not retain copies.
